Returns/Exchange

We’re happy to accept returns and offer a refund for your purchase under the conditions laid out below. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date and must be in their original nick (new and unused) with the following:

1. Watch in original working order with no defects
2. No scratches, damages, or the like
3. No resizing or altering of the bracelet
4. Proof of purchase with the original box, documentation, and packaging

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

All purchases from CityWatches.co.uk come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not chuffed with your purchase for any reason, you can return the watch to us in its original condition, without any defects, within the first 30 days after your purchase. Please note that all shipping, handling, and packaging costs will be covered by the buyer. The actual shipping costs to the buyer will be deducted from the final refund amount (So even if you opted for Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount).

Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your choice of watch, we’re happy to accept an exchange. Shipping fees will be charged to the buyer for both ways. We can offer you any other watch of your choice, with the price difference either topped up or refunded.

Note-

We aren’t responsible for any shipping mishaps when it comes to returns or exchanges. We don’t accept faulty watches for return or exchange, as all our watches are thoroughly checked before being sent out to you. If your watch isn’t working as expected, please drop us an email first.
