This watch can receive reference signals from the cesium atomic clocks in Europe (Frankfurt), USA (Colorado) and Asia (Japan), depending on the region in which you are. SPP001J1 is a radio-controlled atomic watch. It is also powered by solar energy – so you will never have to worry about changing the battery. It has a power reserve of 6 months once fully charged.

I have a question:
does the Seiko SPP001 (solar powered, radio controlled: http://www.citywatches.co.uk/seiko/seiko-premier-solar-radio-controlled-world-time-spp001j1.html) have a chronograph and an alarm?
