Why do we sell only Seiko, Casio and Citizen watches?

Our approach is to focus on a few great brands instead of going crazy over hundreds of other brands out there. Seiko, Casio and Citizen are excellent brands with a long history of producing quality time-pieces. They are known for their quality watches which are extremely reliable, sturdy and well within the budget.  Being pioneers in many ground-braking watch technologies these brands represent the perfect unison of form and functionality. Our focus has given us grand expertise in these brands over the years. So if you are looking for a Seiko, Casio or Citizen watch  you will be glad that you shopped with us.

Are all the watches real? Like, really real?

The short answer is a resounding YES. The long answer is that all our watches are 100% authentic, brand new and never worn. You will receive your watch in its original box along with all the papers. We wouldn’t cheat you, even with a gun to our head.

How do you pay us?

We process payments through Google Checkout or PayPal.  Both are extremely safe methods of payment with great buyer protection. As far as the internet goes, it doesn’t get safer than this. PayPal is a pioneer and the leader in internet processing, while Google needs no introduction (if you haven’t heard of Google, we are very curious as to how did you even manage to get to our website..)

How do we ship? When will you receive the watch?

We send all watches by Royal Mail from the UK. Within the UK you will receive the watch in about 3-5 days. (We will email you if we anticipate any delays). For other countries you will receive in about 7-9 days. Tracking is available for the packages (tracking details will be emailed to you). All packages are registered so that means someone will have to sign for receipt. (and no, your dog can’t give his paw-print if you are not at home). Our processing time for an order is 1-3 days. But we will try to ship it as soon as possible.

Will you have to pay import duties if I am buying from outside the UK?

We think the best thing about the formation of the EU is the erasing of trade barriers between participating nations. So in simple terms, if your country is within the EU you won’t have to pay any tax. For UK customers our prices are including VAT.  In our previous experiences shipping to the USA and Australia (if properly done) does not attract any taxes as well.

Are there any other charges, hidden charges?

Absolutely not. You only ever pay the price of the watch you purchase. There are no other costs whatsoever. With fast, free shipping and no import taxes what else could you ask for?

What happens if the devil snatches the package with its long hands when its on the way to me?

Firstly we think spontanouesly burning the package will be much cooler on the devil’s part. Secondly, we insure all packages for any kind of loss or damage for the full value so that you can sleep peacefully at night (closet monsters notwithstanding).

Why is our website mostly black and white?

The idea is that we are a few honest and likeable lads who have nothing to hide. Our business is simple and straightforward – to get you the watch you want with the best possible service at the best possible prices.

Do we accept returns?

We are nice people, so yes, we do accept returns. Refund must be requested via email within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and packaging fees, unfortunately, are NON-Refundable. Return the watch in its original condition (unused with no scratches or damage or alterations). All postage costs incurred (including the initial cost to send the parcel) are at the customer’s expense. You are advised to return the watch using a signed-for tracked courrier and insure yourself against the risks of goods being lost/damaged in transit. Please contact us for return address.
